Hi! I’m Jo Silverthorn and I’m the Managing Director of Ultimate Stays Limited. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, I came to New Zealand for a 6 month working holiday, and have now lived in this beautiful country for over 35 years! I’m a trusted and friendly person with very high property management standards. Presentation, cleanliness and taking care of Queenstown holiday home properties is my priority. My team and I look after everything in regards to managing the property. We do all the work so our clients and guests can relax and know that everything is taken care of.

My personal point of difference is that I offer exceptional customer service and I look after every property as if it was my own. I communicate with my clients and make myself available when required. I make sure the guests are looked after and have regular communication with them during their stay.
