This modern architecturally designed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has stunning expansive lake and mountain views! This is the perfect place for you to relax & unwind and enjoy Queenstown!
You will instantly feel relaxed entering our Private Retreat. The property has a spacious open plan living area offering excellent indoor-outdoor flow with a kitchen a chef would envy and a sun filled dining area, two gas fires and uninterrupted views of the lake from the living room and master bedroom.
The gas fires and underfloor heating throughout ensure you are warm in the cooler months. For the summer months, soak up the sun and enjoy a BBQ on the deck or head down to the lake for a swim at the secluded and quiet beach just 50 meters from the house.
Our Private Retreat has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom and en-suite are situated on the main living level with an en-suite that has a fabulously large spa bath with some of the best views in Kelvin Heights.
The home is perfect for families or couples with plenty of space and a downstairs level with another living room opening out to a secluded lawn and trampoline for the kids. There are 2 bedrooms on the bottom level and a spacious bathroom with another luxurious bathtub and views. This makes it perfect for guests to have their own space or parents to take time out with the kids close by as the downstairs family room also features a large screen TV.
Situated in Kelvin Heights – a truly special place of seclusion and sunshine all locals wish to live, there is plenty to do for the whole family. Enjoy the surrounding walking tracks and one of the most scenic golf courses in New Zealand or catch the Queenstown Water Taxis straight into central Queenstown for shopping, restaurants and bars. Your nearest shopping village is the amply equipped Remarkables Park with the house only 10 minutes from the airport.
This house is stunning in both its design and it's incredible location. The house is beautifully furnished and so spacious with the downstairs area being a very popular hangout spot for our children. The fireplaces provided great ambience and warmth on cold winter nights. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to feel like home. The side access down to the lake was very convenient and enabled us to easily wander along the lake and Kelvin Peninsula Trail. The view from the verandas was sublime and the pictures accurately reflect just how lovely this place is. We would love to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The balconies look south away from Queenstown and have the most incredible views without a soul in sight! House is gorgeous and very private. Beach a few steps away and the kids loved the trampoline!
