This property combines 2 spacious townhouses to accommodate larger groups. Sleeps up to 16 guests and is excellent value. With all the modern comforts you need so you can sit back and enjoy the spectacular views Queenstown has to offer. The location of the Townhouse is 4km from the centre of Queenstown, 6km (10 minute drive) to The Remarkables Ski Area, 11km (15 minute drive) to Coronet Peak Ski & Mountain Bike Area and 3.5 km to the Airport.
The accommodation is stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay. This property is 2 townhouses (mirror images of each other) If you look at the main photo, 33A is the left half & 33B is the right half. The bed & bedroom configuration is as follows:
• 33A – Upstairs, Bdrm 1 = King Bed,
Downstairs Bdrm 2 = Queen Bed, Bdrm 3 = Two Single Beds, Bdrm 4 = King bed,
Kitchenette & ensuite with a shower and a large Bath .
• 33B – Upstairs, Bdrm 1 = King Bed
Downstairs Bdrm2 = Two Single Beds, Bdrm 3 = Two Single Beds, Bdrm 4 = King bed & ensuite with a shower and a large bath.
If you require a High Chair or Porta Cot for a little one, please let us know at time of booking so we can arrange this for you.
Kindly note our house is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by always keeping noise to a low level, especially between 8pm – 8am. As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
• No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.
• Please be respectful of the neighbours. Our resource consent states that outdoor entertainment areas are not to be used between 10.00pm and 7am.
Other things to note
Queenstown has mountain weather, which can mean a cold outbreak, even in Summer. We recommend bringing a wind-proof and water-proof jacket and some warm clothing at any time of the year. Hiring a car is a very popular and convenient way to explore the Queenstown area and beyond. Remember that in New Zealand we drive on the left and our roads are often narrow and twisty. Don’t fall into the trap of planning car travel times based on the distance you might be able to cover on a highway at home. The AA (Automobile Association) website offers great information and tips for visitors about driving conditions in New Zealand.
The two houses were perfect for our family gathering, large, spacious, and spectacular views of the lake and snow topped mountains! Kitchens were great for cooking in, and bus stop just a short stroll down the hill and only 4km into town. We all enjoyed your stay! Thanks Jo

Highly Recommend. We were a large group of adults and kids for a 50th Bday dinner and catch up. We booked both houses that worked very well. We had a chef come and cater for one night - the kitchens and dining areas were perfect for it. While not in the middle of QTN you can walk a short distance down (small hill) to the road and along the pretty lake walkway to the ferry and easily get into QTN and back should you not have a car. There is also a lovely cafe down at the marina area too. Water pressure was fabulous, the houses were very clean with a stunning view. Jo's communication was first class too. Definitely recommend for a group / large family space.
